We recently moved traffic from Init7 to Cablecom over TIX-2. Cablecom Routing/Peering changes?

Hi all Our office is connected via VPN through Cablecom Highspeed (62.2.230.80) to Init7 (82.197.163.110). Last Thursday, we had a short interruption and since then throughput is really bad. Fredy Kuenzler said, the interruption was due to peering changes of Cablecom to Init7. I'm trying to find out where the problem is, maybe someone here can help me out.
