Hey all
A friend just told me that Cybernet told him there is a Switzerlandwide Internet Problem.
Does anybody know something?
Cheers

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know what happened to the website www.swinog.ch? It just
serves a "Default Parallels Plesk Panel Page".
Looking back at past meeting dates on archive.org it would have been
time for another meeting at around November, but I think there was
nothing announced. I'm wondering when the next meeting would take place?
Cheers and good night,
Tobias
About the mail server problem...
What is the problem with your macs?
Is it the internal or external mailserver? Smtp? Exchg?
Whats about MX- and SPF-records?

Hi there
does anybody have experience with mailserver migration and apple clients.
We have no changed the ip address of our mailserver -> we have changed the A Record from mail.xy.ch to a new IP.
Since then we've a lot of calls from clients which are unable to receive mails.
On the iPhones, the authentication option has gone!!. When the customer set its back to password it's working again.
But I had also some OS X Mail which had the right settings, but didn't work. I had to configure the account from scratch.
So it's defnitely an Apple "Problem".
Does anybody now why this is not working or why the settings are changed from the device itselfs?
Freundliche Grüsse

Dear network experts,
We would like to kindly ask you to devote a few minutes of your time to
filling out our short survey.
The survey is focused on network anomalies as a part of our research. We
are trying to learn how the term "network anomaly" is understood by
experts and network administrators.
Your professional opinion will help us to find an accurate description
of the term anomaly and to develop better anomaly detection tools. Our
findings will then be made available to the network monitoring community.
The survey is available via the following link till end of November.

Thank you for your time and best regards,
