Hello List, long time lurker seldom poster here :)
Sorry for posting here, but I ran out of ideas on how to solve an issue
with Sunrise/Yallo.
Two weeks ago, Sunrise had to move their connections in Dubendorf from
Fibre-Plug 2 to 1.
Just after that, I moved the CPE to Plug 1 and contacted the support
because the connection was not working.
Long story short:
After almost two weeks, the connection is still not working. On Plug 2, I
get the Fiber- or OTO Activation Screen from Swisscom and on plug 1 I don't
even get an optical signal.
Support promised me a temporary 5G router, a SIM card, a new Fiber Box,
Calls from the technicians and so on... Nothing happened and I'm still
offline
If there is any Sunrise/Yallo technician out there, could you may have a
look at it?
If someone has an Idea on how i can escalate this, feel free to contact me
