Probleme mit submission aus bluewin

Hintergrund ist, daß wir unsere Mailinfrastruktur am ablösen sind und dadurch auch die IPs ändern. Nun habe ich schon von zwei Usern aus dem bluewin-Netz heraus gehört, daß sie plötzlich kein Submission mehr benutzen können. In meinen Logs tauchen diese User aber nirgens auf. Zumindest bei einem hat bisher die einfache Umstellung auf SSMTP geholfen. Meine Frag wäre nun, ob Bluewin Verbindungen zu Submission intercepted? Natürlich wären auch Probleme auf Clientseite möglich, da ich nun aber schon den zweiten Fall habe und beide aus Bluewin heraus, macht mich das stutzig. searching for used MS SQL 2000 Licence

hello all, sorry, a bit offtopic, but may you can help me we have a migration by a customer with an app, based on microsoft SQL2000 by design a newer SQL is not usable - so we need for a 1st step in migration a MS SQL 2000 licence, to separate his databases from a shared server to an dedicated one. is there somebody out there, who would sell such an licence ? minimum SQL 2000 + 10 CALs, or (better) a 1 CPU licence standard would fit, enterprise nice 2 have we need to use SQL 2000, 32 bit, max SP3a (authentication sheme changed afterwards and app is closed source) best to sell/own is a licence, which was sold originaly boxed / as sysbuilder (can be sold easily) we had an offer, but: usedsoft CH seems to be insolvent and can not deliver the offered licence any more. or: any good used licence distributors known by you ? thanks in advance stephan

Need real devices for a Torrus demo

hi, Tobi Oetiker and myself are setting up a new demo server for Torrus and Extopus software. In order to present some real-life data, we need a few devices with some real traffic on them. Your company would be credited on the demo description page, of course. The devices would be polled every 5 minutes. IF-MIB and some vendor-specific MIBs are going to be used (for example, CPU and memory stats for Cisco devices). Torrus will present a classic device-centric view, with SNMP location and contact information, and with port descriptions exposed to the public. Extopus will present a service-centric view, with customer services grouped by various attributes, such as contract number or location. Two different views will be presented: administrator's interface would display all the available customers, and customer's own interface would display only the services belonging to its contract. So, we need several routers or switches with some traffic on their ports. We would access the devices via IPv4 or IPv6, with SNMPv2 or SNMPv3 protocol, depending on your security requirements. Every OID would only be polled every 5 minutes. Torrus would spread the SNMP load in order to reduce the CPU impact on the device, and send its requests with 60-second interval.
