Strange Messages on Linux

Hi Swinogers since a few weeks i see following messages on a server in Europe kernel:nf_ct_sip: dropping packetIN=eth0 OUT= MAC=00:23:54:d7:7c:12:80:71:1f:e2:71:81:08:00 SRC=191.189.9.153 DST=62.75.177.146 LEN=513 TOS=0x00 PREC=0x00 TTL=115 ID=27879 PROTO=UDP SPT=29012 DPT=5060 LEN=493 There are various IP´s causing this problem. In common: all IP´s causing those Messages are originating from a CGN Gateway The example above is an Brazilian Cableprovider. Client behind those networks complaining getting sometimes dropped calls, or one way speech in some cases not able to Register some of Sip-devices while others work. mostly in times the Kernel drop packets. Does someone have any idea what is causing this ? even why the hell an invalid MAC address could made it so far.

hotmail issues since 18/1 ?

Hoi zäme I have a couple of customers complaining they are unable to send emails to hotmail - typically they see rejects such as this: > 550 SC-001 (BAY004-MC5F11) Unfortunately, messages from 88.198.198.124 > weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part > of their network is on our block list. It doesn't affect all customers and checking our logs, it appears to have started 18/1. Prior to that we had no problems delivering outbound mails to hotmail, since then I see 149 bounces with the message above). The customers are on dynamic ranges from Swisscom, UPC and e.g. Virgin (in the UK). Looking for an OOB ethernet link in ColoZueri Room 4.2

Dear fellow SwiNOGers, we from the CommunityRack.org association are looking for someone who can provide us with an out-of-band ethernet link in ColoZueri Room 4.2. We need a single public IPv6 and/or IPv4 address on a copper ethernet link that we can connect to our management jumphost. Other than SSH we only do some puppet provisioning of the jumphost itself and some basic keep-alive monitoring. So bandwidth usage on the link should be pretty minimal (<100kbps). Anybody able to help us out? Cheers, André

VoIP provider

Does anyone know a list of VoIP providers in Switzerland who can port in a number block? I'm looking for one which supports SIPS (via TLS) and SRTP and can do trunking to a PABX of my choice. The big guys only support their own certified crap and the small ones don't support privacy required features which changed post Snowden from "want to have" to "absolutely mandatory" feature. www.post.ch IPv6 MTU issue

Hello Swinog members, There is apparently an MTU issue with SwissPost website when MTU of the link is <1500 bytes. It is like if webserver answers everytime with 1500 bytes packets and doesn't make PMTUD. The client connexion is over 6in4 with 1480 bytes MTU. No issues with other IPv6 enabled sites. Can another person with <1500MTU connexion confirm the same behaviour, and maybe anyone from Swiss Post IT take a look at this probable ICMP filtering issue. PPTP over Swisscom DSL centro grande

Hi there Does anybody know? Is there a known issue with centro grande dsl router and PPTP VPN over swisscom net? We have several customers that can’t establish a connection any more - since about 2 or 3 weeks. Thanks for some help Daniel Borer
