No they're not.

We had this problem several times and I did have a few talks with the

swisscom

techs. According to them they have no possibility to identify a customer

sending spam

via gprs and are not planing to do soemthing to be able to.

They know perfectly well that masses of spam are being sent via gprs

and that

their ip is well blacklisted.
