I've got an idea for a project for 1-3 talented young people. It will involve a lot of learning in system design, IP Telephony, and software design.
I can offer my time in mentoring and guiding, and also I'll provide some equipment as needed.

Eventually I can find some financing for this development at a later stage, but that's not the primary goal.
