does someone knows e.g. a bodyleasing company which can fill in the cap until we find someonw who is able to provide people with a good knowhow in:

• unix/linux operations
• SQL/Oracle operations
• application server operations (JBoss, Tomcat) and java based webservices
• ITIL knowhow would be also good ,-) (Incident-, Problem-, Change-Mgmt)
• language: german/english
