Dear all,
SwiNOG #18 is approaching. If you happen to be registered and you're unable to attend, please inform swinog-core at swinog dot ch NOW and vacate your seat. We still have a waiting list of ~20 and we would like to get all of them a chance to attend.

Best regards, Fredy
Hallo Fredy
Habe gestern folgendes an Pascal Gloor geschrieben.
------- Hallo Pascal
Gruss Sven

<evil> This problem can be solved: The next registration shall be held only via SQL injection. This will keep out all the salesmen and otherwise not qualified atendees ;^) </evil>

It is the swiss-NETWORK-operator-group, SQL belongs to sysadmins... I'm more for community-tag based registration over BGP announcements ;-)

this won't work. In certain well-known organizations, engineering is strictly separated from operations, and the network design engineers aren't allow to configure any live device :)
But for example, multiple-choice, randomly generated tests on prefix/mask bit matching, would work :)

I thought this was a professional conference?!
If you can't hijack BGP to inject your comm-tag, you don't get to come.

I can. But only once :)
Best solution: Random Early Detection of people and the front door.
Have a good meeting all :) Jerome Tissieres
