Hallo Liste,

Hi
I'm looking for one as well. DNSSEC and IPv6 glue records (and reachable via IPv6 of course) are a must.
Is there a list somewhere where one can look up such things?
Cheers Seegras

there is a (incomplete/possibly inaccurate) community generated list here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1UWK6ijLCiLXSIuTT4sS_h0zCqPMCjjhry0by...

Nice! exactly what I had in mind :-)

I propose adding the following columns:
-- Payment periods (for example, "1y, 2y, 5y, 10y") -- Payment methods (need abbreviations for invoice, paypal, credit card, Paynet, LSV)

Hmmm... As all google services, it complains that I have a not supported browser (current Firefox, well Iceweasel). However, At least I can see something. It is just not possible to scroll as google seems to not implement that.
Isn't there a csv version or something like that?
Nevertheless, that is something like what I had in mind. I appreciate the personal mails I got for my request but I like more to have that information spread a bit more to the public here as there are many that needing this informations.

File -> Download as -> csv.

File is named "Datei" here and it is greyed out. There is nothing that is reacting on clicking the stuff.
Thats also one of the reasons why I wrote: "..., dessen Web-GUI möglichst ohne Java, JavaScript, suspekte Zertifikatstellen oder ähnlichem Schmu daherkommt. Google /was/ one site that did in the past. There services are not matching that conditions.

Thanks, great.

Hi,
Wow, the "where" row seems to be very inaccurate, or there are some explanations needed. Amazon, Switchplus, Metanet are really located in Austria? And Brig (rhone.ch) is now located in Australia? :-) And many "CH" registrars: I am pretty sure they have no business in Switzerland...
I know i am on the wrong place here for this, but i want simply the same "swissness service" i had from switch. With IPv6 glue and DNSSEC. With a fair price...;-)
Beat
Thank you for pointing that out - maybe for somebody VS was so far away as AU ;-)
There's still some time for the change... We'll support DNSSEC shortly and I'm sure others are working on additional features as well. Changes are never simple.
Regards Ralf

It seems i have another year to let the free market registrars do their homework! Instead of the advice to transfer my .ch i get a letter from Switch with a new invoice for renewal. For me that's ok! ;-)

I als got the letter from switch, they point out, that domain ownsers using DNSSEC should use one of those registrars: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/deployment-2012-02-25-en
Actualy I can only find _one_ registrar based in switzerland, offering DNSSEC. And it's own domain is _not_ signed and he has no AAAA records for his NS Servers. So there is actualy not a single swiss registrar except switch iteslf offering DNSSEC AND IPv6?
Maybe wo should start a wiki for documentation what features all registrar offer:
I would suggest collecting information about:
* Contact Address Management (via WebGui/Email Bot / Via Support) * NS Glue Management (via WebGui/Email Bot / Via Support) * DNSSEC DS Record Management (via Web/Email GUI / Via Support) * IPv6 Glue * IPv6 reachability * Invoice via Mail 'Einzahlungsschein' * Invoice via e-mail * Invoice via PayNet * Payment by Credit Card * Swiss Support Telephone Number * 24x7 Emergency Support * Price
That would give a nice overview and facilitate choosing the right one.
Mit freundlichen Grüssen
