We have seen multiple problem for reach AS29222, via CIXP.
Is this problem already known ? Is it affecting other AS ?

Not affecting us (AS559) at CIXP, peering with AS29222 seems to work normally. Which site/ip are you trying to reach?

Btw, high latency on traceroute hops usually don't mean much, as this is the control-plane responding and not relevant for real traffic which goes directly via data-plane. Maybe you should contact Infomaniak directly to debug this further.

We do apply some filtering on specific protocols on our borders. So your traceroute might looked broken but application traffic should be ok.
