Seems like FUD to get viewers. 'The sky's going to fall and I can't tell you why or when, but I know it is. Trust me.' Where's the technical details so we can make an informed decision, rather than "it feels like..."

I agree this is so vague, it's more fud than anything. But I still want to see what actually causes these issues, across ISPs... I hope I can catch some traffic until a reboot....
