Hi all.
For a test, we need a version of Solaris 8, but since it is EOL,
it is not downloadable anymore. Does someone still have the ISOs
laying around, so that I could grab a copy?

hey Venty
if I remember it right, Solaris 8 was never available for free download,
and was available only on CD media. So, you might violate Sun licensing
by doing so ;-))

Solaris 8 was available for free download, till Solaris 9 was released.
That was 7 years ago.

Hi Venty
I'd suggest to use Solaris Zones. You can there create a Solaris 8
container. (http://www.sun.com/software/solaris/containers/index.jsp)
Maybe that fits your needs ;) Unfortunately you'll then have to create a
flar from an existing Solaris 8 System. But maybe you have access to one ;)
