its now a while as the 194.242.34.0/24 is not properly announced .. is there any explain or actionplan ? the IRC server is not reachable form a lot networks.

even swiss networks are affected like the "largest" ISP Bluewin i fear to even mention about my satelitte link from embratel ;-)
