I am in need of a clueful bluewin tech, who can have a look at a bluewin VDSL DHCP issue we are seeing with multiple customer lines. After confusing about a dozen helpliners by phone using keywords like DHCP {discovery, request, reply, lease time} both my social-engineering-fu and patience are depleted. I'll share customer #s, syslogs, tcpdumps etc over private mail.
