This problem is known since 2003, I think there is no further comment needed ;)
There are customers out there that don't care if Exchange is broken, unfortunately. We're living in a world where «broken» may mean «Find a workaround» rather than «Have them fix it».
Greylisting is a feature, not a must-have. And if it breaks when customers want to talk to MS Exchange users, then you will have to disable it or lose your customers. I'm leaving this choice up to you though.
