Ehmm.... you got that backward: it is in the interest of that site that they publish an RPSL object.
Actually for that matter, if you have a prefix and you want it reachable now and more importantly in the future, it is a smart move to publish route/route6 objects for them. More and more ISPs and especially transit providers see the benefit of it and they will filter on prefixes which are not properly documented.
Note also that the RIPE database happily accepts entries for non-RIPE prefixes too.
