no, IXE2 was not affected. Copper RJ45 GBIC

Does anyone have spare copper RJ45 GBIC laying around which we may use for two weeks till 3. January? I'm working on the FreeBSD IP stack optimization and BIT was so grateful to lend their Agilent tester to me over christmas/newyear. Unfortunatly it has only optical GBICs inserted whereas my test machines only have copper RJ45 gigabit network cards. Any help greatly appreciated! Many thanks! -- Andre

IFPI letter

Hi all You might already heard of the "Game Over" campaign, enforced by the IFPI. As far as I know, IFPI first sends a letter to the ISP (because they only know the IP-address of a file sharer) with a please to forward it to the adequate user. Has anyone of you got such a letter? Could anyone of you hand me over a anonymized version the letter? Having such a letter would help to bring some focus on the whole issue by the press. As an active member of the Swiss Internet User Group (SIUG) I often talk with journalists about the IFPI campaign and it could be really helpful to have the wording of such a letter.
