IMHO this would help to solve both of SwiNOG's upcoming problems: youth / next generation engineers and gender We, the community, need to be very careful with the topics and mix presented as vendors and sponsors (sorry to say!) are very much interested into getting their investments back. And this is good! One or two vendor (related) topics might be ok, but sharing experiences, as mentioned e.g. by Aarno, will give the community much more power and drive. Hey, we run the networks!
