well, it's about a very efficient way for spamhaus to decrease their traffic... because they'll be obsolete within a short amount of time (DNSBL providers behaving that way can't be considered professionals and therefor can't be used for productive systems).
I've stopped using spamhaus.org when they started blocking 127.0.0.1 (what a very nice idea if you have a system that sends logs... very clever).
