Hi everybody,
After two weeks with Sober.X and its bounces, we don't see a
significant decrease of infected PCs. Infected users often don't see
anything and stay infected - and even more complicated - they
have disabled antivirus software installed which leads to mass
installation of trojan horses and viruses.
So please download http://mx.imp.ch/wormlist and inform your customers
so they can remove that stupid worm before it does any harm.
A good removal tool can be found on:

Good morning
we observed already the 4th to 5th major outage of Sunrise DSL
lines in different areas of Switzerland since some days.
Is someone able to tell what exactly is going on?
Hotline is talking about major backbone problems...
cheers
tom
well, what is the real problem?
when i read that only business customers are affected, not private i suppose that swisscom is routing business customers to (one or more) other lns of sunrise.
is the interconnection between sunrise and swisscom broken? if yes: normally traffic is rerouted to some redundant system (in this case probably lausanne). is the backbone to lausanne too small? capacity problems? planning faults?
dear sunrise, tell us what is happening in detail ,-) everyone would like to learn from mistakes ;-)

No no, Rümlang is shut down. Everything in the sunrise towers...

Hi
anyone using this?
"This box will monitor traffic from end-users at the network edge,
automatically denying offending computers access to the network. Those
using too much bandwidth or operating as spam zombies will
automatically get redirected to a self-help web page, explaining what
they have to do (like "clean your PC - install patches!") in order to
regain network connectivity."

well, they're right.
internet would be so safe if no one would use admin rights - much more
better: no one should use computers at all.
no computer = no internet = no spam = no cybercrime = no
amazon/ebay/skype/google/<putyourfavoriteurlshere>
anyway, things will change in release 8 or 9 ;-)
