one year is already in law for telecommunication (voice calls, SMS etc). My daily headake to keep logs of 3 billion messages....

lzma compression plus 3Tb harddrives :-)
Take a lossy DCT compression and you can store it on 200GB drives. CSI will then take the data and interpolate the information back.

We use punch cards to store the logs. I guess "Bambino" will have a reader ;)
