How is the performance between Switzerland and Austria (Wien)? I know that the performace between Switzerland and Germany isn't so good. We have the most customers in Switzerland and want to put a webserver in a server room there.

Actually what does "performace between Switzerland and Germany" mean? I,mho it only makes sense to talk about performance between networks. But eben then what does performance mean.
