on the NANOG-List people are currently slaughting each other in matters of RBL-Usage and -Policy. This reminded me of a project I've been wanting to start for a long time.
Does someone have a decent script that would extract URIs from mails that have been classified as spam in order to feed an URIDNSBL with it?

As far as I know, Martin has used parts of the SpamAssassin Code that handles URI's to implement the feeding of URI's found in mails sent to spamtraps to uribl.swinog.ch
But you also have to maintain quite a large whitelist or special rules to prevent some URI's like 'co.uk' being feed as this would match nearly every uk URI.
