I reset the BRI it takes about 15 seconds until the session will be terminated from the Swisscom's side. Call out is only possible (but working) during this 15 second time frame.

If you do a cle int bri xy, then it's a normal behaviour. It will take some time until the remote receives the disc from main-site.

ISDN-Layer-2 has not to be up all the time. It's only up (MULTIPLE_FRAME_ESTABLISHED) if a call is established.

Is your isdn-router connected directly to an NT or behind A pbx ? (what type of pbx)
