Is here anyone who uses the SHDSL / SHDSL.bis technology? ZyXEL IES1000 - IES5000 DSLAM chasis and SLC1216 - SLC1248-22 line cards?

We have a few problems with lineprobing / rate adaption and crc errors. Or does anyone know a good paper about Signal-to-Noise Margin lineprobing / rate adaption? how to figure out the best value. try and fail doesn't work :(
