nope - you won't get support from SCM anyway for your equipment. bandwidth/line-quality isn't guaranteed but if you are running with more than 2.3mbps you are risking to be disconnected because disturbing other services nearby.

but zhone and actelis (and most of the others) can do loop-bonding - this way you can get x times the 2.3 mbps and you stay compliant.

With vdsl2 swisscom itself runs more than 2.3mbps on one pair - maybe xtalk is less if the incumbent is signaling? Some are more equal than others
