Also there should be service providers that outsource such activities. Would be great to know the names as well.
Yes we have such a service. Have a look at http://antispam.imp.ch. The main advantage here is that we activly develop SA-Rules and maintain several blacklists and spamtraps which we share with other swiss ISPs.
