TV streams will have strict priority over internet traffic. So surfing at (very) highspeed and hdtv streaming won't be possible.

You are sure it's DSCP based and not VLAN/PVC based and do you mean for IP streamed channels to a PC or the *real* IPTV solution with the STB and the SD + HD tv streams (VOD or live, doesn't matter with regards to my question).
