And if you look at the speed distribution then 600/100 wins hands down with IIRC about 80% market share. Whether this is because it is enough bandwidth, or because higher bandwidth is too expensive is up to the reader.
That's probably the reason for Sunrise offering a 150/50 abo with up to 20 MB of traffic per month. If you have more traffic, you pay per MB.
I doubt though that this will be a big success since flatrates are very popular.
