First, you must load more current and stable version of the IOS for this platform-at least 12.2
Second you have internal flash of 8MB and PCMCIA flash of 16MB. Where is your Image actually stored? The system is telling you that the image it has been told to boot from is damaged, or the flash memory it is residind on is damaged. And yes, either your config register settings are wrong, or the system has tried all other locations trying to find a working configuration file, and has found none. This unit needs to be off lined, have new flash installed so max flash for this model is available, also, if you can upgrade ram to maximum, do that also. This is all so that you can load a. decent normal IOS on the box and have a chance to rebuild your config. Good Luck! Vinnie Watson
