nope. It's how it works everywhere: if you need some special tweaking, you need to request it from your provider, and not from the public list.

of course, I'm working on that with my provider. I'm just trying to get some tips here our reach someone from sunrise, maybe :-)

You said sunrise is working on that... On what, the issue with level3?
