As you may know the Swiss Copyright is about the be changed and there was a public comments phase until end of January 2005. I've written a position paper for SWINOG and sent it off a month ago.

it is 10 pages. The text is written in German.
FYI SWINOG is against levies on electronic devices and against too harsh DMCA stuff.
If you understand German have a look through it. It's very interesting.
