Anybody experienced such a thing?
Customer wants to order a fibre line but since they are residing in a Swisscom building they require to hand them over all plans "due to security requirements" from Swisscom Fixnet division to approve such a line (or disapprove most likely).
that's normal. it's very hard to get a cable from another isp/carrier in a swisscom-building. Within a swisscom-building there is still no free telecom market. (you can order in-house Cln's extra for this special case - but there is no in-house COS or CES afaik)
But also other Carriers/ISPs have troubles with beeing carrier neutral in some way - I know 2 other ISP's where you can't bring in your own cable.
