hello swinog members

the company i'am working for has problems with the "mpls matrix" service from reliance formerly known as vanco, we have RTT from 1000ms to 4000ms and high packet loss

there are multiple countrys affected including germany / switzerland and liechtenstein

one engineer told me that swisscom have problems with there access lines, can anyone from swisscom confirm or decline that, since the problem exist also in germany i believe they have a probleme in there network

in switzerland we have two access lines to there service both on swisscom xDSL an both have the same problem
