Can someone from IP-Plus / Swisscom contact me off-list regarding an issue with the IP-Plus Nameservers (ns1/ns2.ip-plus.net)? (Mail or +41 41 748 02 44)

(I've given up on the hotline after almost an hour and talking to 5+ departments not coming to a solution)
