is anyone using Alcatel ISAM 7330 and managing it with third-party SNMP tools? 

There's a problem that the SNMP interface indexing is not documented in the MIBs, so it's nontrivial to derive the line names from IF-MIB entries.

If anyone has already addressed this problem, please contact me off-list.
