we're looking quite some time for someone as application operations engineer (java, oracle, tomcat, apache, …).
since it's seems that there are many developers and apparently no operators we think about getting an external company for this.
does someone knows e.g. a bodyleasing company which can fill in the cap until we find someonw who is able to provide people with a good knowhow in:
- unix/linux operations
- SQL/Oracle operations
- application server operations (JBoss, Tomcat) and java based webservices
- ITIL knowhow would be also good ,-) (Incident-, Problem-, Change-Mgmt)
- language: german/english

we would of course prefer to get someone who works fix for us than an external company ,-)
