Anyone know the fiber/POP installations in the Engadin area, near Scuol / Ftan?

I'm looking for a way to get temporary internet up there for an event next year, basic requirements, something close to FTTH, with a possibility of 1Gbit internet transit. If I can find a location in the area, i'll be able to backhaul wireless'ly
