Can someone from Swisscom please contact me off-list to solve a DNS issue on the hostcenter.com Nameservers?

(would have reported it via https://www.swisscom.ch/de/business/kmu/hilfe/kontakt/technischer-support.html but that form is broken and results in errors upon submission - at least it shows a beautiful error message)
